Camp Brave Eagle

Camp Brave Eagle is Indiana’s summer camp for
children with bleeding disorders. The weeklong
camp is open to all Indiana children with
bleeding disorders, as well as their siblings,
ages 7–15.
The basic aim of the camp is to provide these special children a traditional summer camp experience. Yet besides providing lots of fun, Camp Brave Eagle succeeds on another level in encouraging self–sufficiency, building confidence, increasing self–esteem and promoting a positive outlook. Further, the camp serves as a vehicle to strenthen the sense of community among young Hoosiers with bleeding disorders and their families.
The Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center Inc. (IHTC) partners with Hemophilia of Indiana Inc. (HII) in hosting camp. If you would like more information about Camp Brave Eagle, please visit www.campbraveeagle.org or call the IHTC at 317.871.0000 or HII at 317.570.0039 or toll free at 1.800.241.2873.
