Welcome to the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center (IHTC) Payor Portal. This portal provides key IHTC information for the payor community that works with the IHTC and/or the patients that we serve. The IHTC works collaboratively with health insurers, managed care companies, PPO networks, third party claims administrators, self-insured employer health plans, utilization & case management companies, reinsurance carriers and pharmacy benefit management companies to ensure that those we serve have access to the care and therapies required for optimal outcomes.
The IHTC was established in 1998 with the mission of providing the highest quality comprehensive healthcare services to patients with bleeding and clotting disorders, and to their families. The IHTC is a 501(c) 3 public charity and is the only federally recognized comprehensive hemophilia treatment center in Indiana, and the largest such center in the United States.
