Pharmacy Program

Delivering Integrated Care and Cost Management

The IHTC works collaboratively with payors to optimize care. We ensure that the patients and families we serve have access to care and therapies, thereby helping to contain costs and reduce both bleeding events and utilization of resources.

The IHTC Pharmacy’s ability to purchase clotting factor through the Public Health Service 340B discount program and our overall pricing structure benefit payors and patients by dispensing clotting factor at significantly reduced prices.

Payors

Welcome to the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center (IHTC) Payor Portal. This portal provides key IHTC information for the payor community that works with the IHTC and/or the patients that we serve. The IHTC works collaboratively with health insurers, managed care companies, PPO networks, third party claims administrators, self-insured employer health plans, utilization & case management companies, reinsurance carriers and pharmacy benefit management companies to ensure that those we serve have access to the care and therapies required for optimal outcomes.

The IHTC was established in 1998 with the mission of providing the highest quality comprehensive healthcare services to patients with bleeding and clotting disorders, and to their families. The IHTC is a 501(c) 3 public charity and is the only federally recognized comprehensive hemophilia treatment center in Indiana, and the largest such center in the United States. The IHTC is a clinical research leader in bleeding disorders with a wide range of available studies and services.
