Michael R. Oestreicher is a partner in the law firm of Thompson Hine LLP, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Oestreicher has more than 40 years of experience in professional services, and domestic and international business. Mr. Oestreicher received an A.B. from Miami University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Oestreicher has board leadership and membership experience in both not-for-profit and for-profit settings. He advises and counsels public company executives, owners and executives of privately held businesses, individual entrepreneurs, the Executive branch of the U.S. Government, and leaders of non-profits.

Mr. Oestreicher is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati, where he served as President for three years. Mr. Oestreicher is a former member of numerous other boards of trustees, including Cincinnati State Technical and Community College where he served as Board Chairman.

In addition to his career accomplishments, Mr. Oestreicher served as a member of President George W. Bush’s Advisory Committee for Trade and Policy and Negotiations. In 2008, his term was extended into the Obama Administration.

In addition to serving as a board member for the IHTC, he is on the Finance and Compensation Committees.
