Russell W. Sherlock is an entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in the health care industry. His background includes senior executive positions spanning public and private health care companies including Anthem, Inc., Acordia, Inc., Outsourced Administrative Systems, Inc. (OASYS), and Equian, LLC.
Mr. Sherlock has founded and developed businesses in the areas of health care business process and technology outsourcing (OASYS) and payment integrity solutions (Equian).
Mr. Sherlock earned his B.S. in Business Administration from St. John’s University.
In addition to serving as board member for the IHTC since 2003, Mr. Sherlock serves as a member of the IHTC Executive Committee and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee.
