The following guidelines to reduce the spread of illness for patients and caregivers remain in place at IHTC. Protecting IHTC patients and staff is vital to our mission and to reduce the spread of viruses. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated as we coordinate your ongoing medical care.

  • Masks for Patients & Visitors: Patients and visitors are given a surgical mask to wear. Patients and visitors are to leave this mask on until they have left the building.
  • Reschedule if sick: Contact the office to reschedule if you or someone you had close contact with have any of these symptoms in the last 10 days: sore throat, headache, runny nose, fever, cough, chills, muscle aches, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss of smell and/or taste, or recent onset of fatigue.
  • Screenings: The Front Office will ask: Do you or someone you had close contact with have any of these symptoms in the last 10 days:  sore throat, headache, runny nose, fever, cough, chills, muscle aches, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss of smell and/or taste, or recent onset of fatigue.
  • Any patient—or accompanying visitor—exhibiting any signs of illness will be asked to reschedule or convert to video visit.

Protecting IHTC patients and staff is vital to our mission and to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated as we coordinate your ongoing medical care.
