IHTC patient feedback matters
As a certified medical home, excellence in quality patient-centered health care is important to IHTC. We partner with PRC, a research firm, to manage surveys about patient visits. We are grateful for blood disorder patients’ participation in these surveys to help us improve our patient experience. As such, we are pleased to share some highlights of the 2021 survey.
OVERALL QUALITY OF CARE
- 98.2% of patients rated IHTC’s overall quality of care as good to excellent
- 99.0% of patients rated IHTC’s staff knowledge and skills as good to excellent
- 98.0% of patients rated IHTC’s overall teamwork as good to excellent
ONGOING EFFORTS TO SUSTAIN EXCELLENCE AND ELEVATE THE PATIENT EXPERIENCE
In response to the survey results, the clinical care team meets regularly to identify specific actions to implement which will either sustain or elevate the patient experience at IHTC. These focused efforts help to ensure that we will continue to meet or exceed patient expectations. We welcome your input!
