IHTC patients can now register for new Patient Portal
The Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center (IHTC) is excited to announce the launch of its new Patient Portal! The portal will make it easier than ever for you to:
- Request and view appointments
- Request prescription refills
- Access test results and health information
- Pay or view bills
- Contact your provider privately
- Fill out and and print health forms
How to register for the new Patient Portal
You can register for the new Patient Portal now. If IHTC has an email on file for you, you will get an email with instructions and unique login details.
Once registered, IHTC patients can begin using the new Patient Portal beginning Tuesday, December 20, 2022.

Starting Tuesday, December 20, 2022, your healthcare information will no longer be updated on the prior patient portal.
Any health information from December 20, 2022 or later will be available in the new athenahealth patient portal. Most health data from before December 20, 2022 will not be available in the new portal. Download your old data now to keep it. If in the future you require copies of your historical medical records, please contact us at email@example.com.
