Visit the IHTC from the comfort of your home
The Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center (IHTC) offers a safe and secure way to meet with your provider or care team member from home with video visits. Video visits can be used for many different needs, such as an appointment with your doctor or other IHTC provider. The decision to use a video visit will be made by your provider or care team member and you.
Video visits can be used with:
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Tablet (you will still need your cell phone to connect)
- PC, laptop or desktop computer (you will still need your cell phone to connect)
IHTC will text you 15 minutes before your appointment. Click the link in the text to join the visit. Please be sure that your device has both sound and video that will be used during the video visit.
You won’t need to create an account or remember a password. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link. You will be connected with your provider or care team member for your appointment. If you have questions or problems joining, please text us back, and we will help you.
Video visits may not be performed while driving a motor/motorized vehicle.
