James Gilroy is the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Strategic Accounts for Lilly USA.  He leads a highly effective team which manages Lilly portfolio business with all health plan and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), group purchasing organization (GPO), and institutional customers across the U.S. marketplace. He is focused on building enterprise level partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and optimizing patient outcomes.

During his 20+ years at Lilly, he has held several Market Access leadership positions across various therapeutic areas, both in the U.S. and globally. He has led Market Access for the Oncology Business Unit, Lilly Emerging Markets as well as the Lilly Alzheimer’s group in the U.S.

He is a graduate of Providence College, and currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and two children. James currently chairs the Board of Directors for the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA), sits on The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis’ Board of Trustees, as well as the Lilly Political Action Committee (PAC) Board.
